Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs, provide strategic guidance, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve explaining our range of services, building trust, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects seeking digital marketing services
  • Understand client objectives and challenges to recommend tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Provide detailed explanations of services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations that address client needs
  • Maintain a professional and consultative approach to building relationships with prospects
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or virtual meetings to answer questions and address concerns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in a CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and insightful advice
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and follow-up tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with prospects
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
