Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Advisor, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs, provide strategic guidance, and offer solutions that align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects seeking digital marketing services
- Understand client objectives and challenges to recommend tailored digital marketing solutions
- Provide detailed explanations of services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations that address client needs
- Maintain a professional and consultative approach to building relationships with prospects
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or virtual meetings to answer questions and address concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in a CRM system

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics
