Job Overview
As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities — from identifying leads to closing deals. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound activities, nurture client relationships, and represent our agency with confidence and clarity. You’ll play a key role in helping brands understand how our creative and marketing services can drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out, and connect with potential clients across industries through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Handle inbound leads, understand client requirements, and present suitable agency solutions
- Develop outreach strategies and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Conduct discovery calls and share proposals that align with client goals and budgets
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and project managers to deliver strong client pitches
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools
- Follow up on leads, manage negotiations, and ensure smooth deal closures
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and agency service updates
- Maintain clear documentation of all communication and sales activity
- Support ongoing client relationships post-closure for retention and upsell opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in a creative or marketing agency)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals independently
- Comfortable handling both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Strong understanding of creative, digital, or marketing services is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven with a growth mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email automation platforms is an advantage
