Job Overview
As a Social Media Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions across multiple social media platforms. You’ll work with diverse brands, developing creative campaigns, producing scroll-stopping Reels, and ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and community growth for multiple brands
- Create viral, trend-driven short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) tailored to each brand’s audience
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to deliver cohesive and high-quality content
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, including campaigns, themes, and posting schedules
- Research trends, hashtags, and new content formats to stay ahead of the curve
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive interactions and conversions
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize strategy, and improve results
- Brainstorm creative ideas for brand storytelling, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups
- Coordinate with clients to align strategies with their goals and maintain strong communication
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Digital Content Specialist in a digital agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to write content that ranks
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and engagement
- Experience writing for different formats, including blogs, web content, ad copy, and email marketing
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Ability to adapt writing style to different tones, audiences, and platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus
