Job Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-centric web and mobile interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. You’ll work closely with brand strategists, developers, and content teams to translate concepts into clean, scalable, and visually engaging designs. From wireframes to final prototypes, you’ll own the entire design process, ensuring every detail delivers an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and app projects that align with brand identity and business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementation
- Maintain consistency in design systems, typography, and color usage across all platforms
- Translate complex ideas and requirements into simple, intuitive, and elegant visual solutions
- Work with project managers to ensure designs are delivered on time and meet client expectations
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and new design tools to keep our work cutting-edge
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices
- Contribute to internal design processes and help evolve our design standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in a creative agency or tech environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX work, prototypes, and design systems
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
- Experience working with developers and knowledge of responsive design and component-based frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics-driven design decisions is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS) is a bonus
