Job Overview
As a Web Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing high-quality websites. You’ll work with popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow, while also handling modern development tools such as React, Node.js, and more. The role requires expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as animation libraries like GSAP to create dynamic and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, dynamic websites tailored to client needs
- Build and customize websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and others
- Write clean, well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Utilize modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Next.js for efficient development
- Implement animations and interactive features using libraries like GSAP, Three.js, and others
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure smooth, aesthetically pleasing websites
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, SEO, and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across all devices
- Handle website updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for clients
- Integrate APIs and third-party services where needed
- Maintain version control using Git and other repository management tools
- Keep up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage testing, debugging, and deployment of websites
Tech Stack & Skills Required:
- CMS: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other relevant platforms
- Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, familiarity with databases like MongoDB or MySQL is a plus
- Animation Libraries: GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, and other interactive/animation tools
- eCommerce Platforms and Payment Gateway Integration
- Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for web performance
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, ideally in a digital agency or fast-paced environment
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks like React and Node.js
