The ButterCup is built on a simple belief: maternal care should feel gentle, reliable, and emotionally grounded.
Positioned in the premium maternal care space, the brand focuses on comfort, reassurance, and functional trust through a minimal design approach. Starting with three core products: a nipple shield, nursing covers, and a charm, the brand required clarity in direction and a distinct identity from the ground up. Our role was to define the brand strategy, establish the visual language, and build a cohesive system across branding and packaging.

Lack of emotional positioning
The category is either overly clinical or overly decorative. The ButterCup needed a position that feels human, balanced, and trust-led.
Balancing softness with credibility
The brand needed to communicate care and comfort without compromising on safety, hygiene, and reliability.
